I absolutely love Hyssop. It smells so luxurious, like a lady from a manor.

It is an aromatic plant belonging to the genus Hyssop in the Lamiaceae family. It is also known as hyssop, willow mint, and hyssop. It is native to southern Europe, the Mediterranean region, the arid sandy lands of Central Asia, the Middle East, and the area surrounding the Caspian Sea. There are two species of Hyssop in China: Hyssopus sclerotium and Hyssopus sclerotium, both native to Xinjiang. The leaves have a strong aroma and are used as a spice, often in cooking. Hyssop essential oil can be extracted by steam distillation.
