Although I rarely try leather-scented fragrances, the moment I sprayed it on myself, it definitely gave me a new perspective.
🍂 The rich leather note emerges from the richness of herbs. Cypress, green leaves. The pale yellow scent clung to my skin, something it shouldn’t. It was the fruity sweetness that clung to the deep, plant-based aroma. In that moment of richness and cloying sweetness, I suddenly imagined a gentleman. Was it Godolphin? The British politician and administrator?
🍂 I don’t think it’s entirely that. Just like the leather note, it doesn’t just describe leather, but also the calm gentleman in a formal suit.
🍂 It has a core that supports it. The mythical aroma of yerba mate, combined with thyme, gradually converges into a fragrant mass, wrapped in the richness of wood. On the body, it’s not an aggressive scent, but rather a touch of Western spices, with a deeper charm. Continuing to dig, it seemed to soak into my skin, revealing the red poison of flowers, tingling at my sinuses. How could this be? It’s tough on the outside, soft on the inside; only a delicate heart can hold sway, yet within people themselves, it reveals a more confident and refined self. It made me fall, beneath the fallen autumn leaves.
🍂 In the base, the usual warm tones mask the delicate nature of his heart. The surface, tangible, resembles the wooden armor of a soldier on the battlefield—not the strongest, but embodied in the courage of a death-defying heart. Slowly, it transforms into a deeper self. Even if worn by a woman, it exudes the same imposing presence as a man in the workplace.
