I wore Wicked Love today. I was a bit nervous about it, fearing it would be too overpowering. It turned out to be anything but! It’s pure and charming. As soon as the top notes appeared, I knew I was wrong. It’s not wicked at all, just juicy, full-bodied fruit: the crisp, freshness of apples and peaches, with a fleeting hint of peppery, verdant goodness. It really only lasted a moment. The top notes had a wonderful summery feeling, like a sparkling mineral drink. The middle notes gradually developed a floral accord: a blend of violet, peony, jasmine, and gardenia. It wasn’t overpowering or chaotic, but rather a blend of sweet and white florals, a beautiful blend. The base notes still had the floral notes, but the fruity sweetness was completely gone, with a subtle woody accord that felt particularly textured. The drydown is a delicate, woody floral. This scent has quite a bit of variety among its three notes, and they all seem to be my favorites.
